Comfort breeds complacency

Comfort is something that many of us crave, especially in today's fast-paced world. It's the feeling of being safe and secure, of having our basic needs met, and of not having to worry about the unknown. But while comfort can be a good thing, it can also be dangerous when it breeds complacency. Complacency is defined as a state of being satisfied with things as they are, and not feeling the need to strive for improvement or change.
